In stock items in your order are generally shipped from here within one business day.

Weekend orders go out on the Monday.

Items that are not in stock are ordered in and most arrive at Reader’s Companion from our suppliers within 7 to 10 days. If your order has items arriving into stock within a few days, we will generally wait until all items are ready to ship in one parcel.

Some titles are not warehoused in Australia and these can take longer to arrive from our overseas suppliers.

If we become aware of delays, we will let you know as soon as possible. You can then let us know if you'd like to proceed with your order.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Please contact us regarding your issue. Arrangement will made with you for either a replacement or a full refund of your purchase price (including any shipping costs). Returns must be accompanied by your receipt and returned to us within 30 days.

CHANGE OF MIND
We may at our discretion issue a credit note for items returned within 14 days and in a condition to re-sell as new. Please contact us first for approval.
